Gregg Shannon has more than four decades of investigative experience, with a career focused primarily on insurance fraud, workers’ compensation, liability, locating hard to find witnesses and claimants and surveillance-based investigations.
He began his investigative career in the early 1980s, working undercover and in field roles for established investigative agencies before moving into supervisory and management positions. Over the course of his career, he has worked with insurance carriers, self-insured employers, third party administrators, municipal insurance pools, defense & family attorneys, small business owners, and state & county public entities across the United States.
After managing teams of investigators earlier in his career, Gregg chose to operate as a specialist-led practice rather than a volume-driven agency. That decision was intentional.

Licensure has included states such as Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington as well as jurisdictions that do not require formal private investigator licensing. Gregg also maintains CCW licenses in Florida & Utah that have reciprocity in 38 states as of June 2026.
Investigations are conducted only where properly licensed or legally permitted, including through applicable reciprocity provisions and case-specific authorizations.
Primary service focus is the Florida Panhandle and surrounding regions, with selective out-of-state assignments accepted when case needs and value justify travel.
